We are here to facilitate the transition into parenthood & to assist you on this amazing journey. Our programs are unique in their approach. They have been designed by Marie Burrows over the past 32 years, to empower expectant parents by providing you with the knowledge and tools to make well informed choices in relation to your pregnancy, labor, birth and life time parenting of your children, in a safe & friendly atmosphere.
The classes cover many topics including the stages of labor, emotional & physical changes support, breathing techniques & positions, interventions, postnatal care & parenting. In addition to these topics we have specific classes for the dads facilitated by a male educator of 15 years experience and father of three.
Information is presented through a combination of open discussions, video & audio presentations, role-plays and visualisation techniques.
We understand that pregnant people have a diverse range of needs; therefore we have designed various classes differing in their cost, length and class content.
There are a variety of Pre Natal classes available for you to choose from according to your needs. The cost of the courses includes attendance for yourself, your partner and any support people that you may wish to bring along. In addition to your classes you are entitled to attend the parenting support classes (whilst still pregnant).

Classes Conducted by Marie Burrows
Deluxe 10 Week Course $790 per couple
Tuesday evenings, 7pm-9pm. An in-depth course focusing on your emotional & physical needs during pregnancy, labor, birth & life time parenting of your children. This course features story time from previous people from your course who have had their babies. This course also gives you the opportunity to continue on at no extra cost once your 10 weeks has finished.

One Day Workshop $440 per couple
Saturday 9.30am - 5.30pm. A comprehensive workshop to prepare couples for their birth. Siblings' needs are addressed in part of this workshop..

Four Week Course $320 per couple
Wednesday 7pm-9pm. This course provides you with essential information in relation to pregnancy, labor, birth and the early postnatal period.

Saturday 9am-11:30am. This course provides you with essential information in relation to pregnancy, labor, birth and the early postnatal period.

Monday 7pm-9pm. This course provides you with detailed information in relation to pregnancy, labor, birth and early post natal period with extra time to cover personal awareness.
