The one-day intensive is designed to accommodate couples who are often working or are unable to attend evening sessions.

The day will be an intensive day on birth preparation and the first weeks after birth. There will be an emphasis on knowledge and skills for labour eg breathing, visualisation, massage, acuppressure, the role of support of the partner etc.

The workshop will be conducted by Marie Burrows, our primary educator and our male educator, Pete Gailey. Morning and afternoon tea will be provided.

• What are my fears and challenges; how I change them to the positive
  and proactive

  speakers include lactation consultant, doula, new parents
