In 1976 she gave birth to her elder daughter, Bianca Burrows on national TV as part of the documentary "You Are Only Born Once."

Marie Burrows was one of the first Melbourne mothers to have a "LeBoyer baby".
She and her husband both agreed that she would have the baby by natural childbirth methods and when they read Dr. LeBoyer's book they decided that that was the way they wanted their child to come into the world.
